CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure a smooth experience , we kindly ask for a card on file when booking an appointment. By doing so, you agree to our pricing and cancellation policy, which is designed to value and respect both our time and yours. Keeping scheduled appointments is of utmost importance to us, as it allows us to provide consistent and reliable service to all our clients. Therefore, we request that any cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance, to avoid a charge of 50% of the appointment total. Additionally, please note that no call or no show appointments will be charged the full amount of the appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
